Rural Conveyancing started in 2017 in the Southern Forest region of WA, with the ethos to assist not only locals, but to be accessible to all remote & rural clients.
Far before COVID was a 'thing' we had systems in place to ensure that if you didn't have a printer, or you weren't close to a Post Office, we would be able to help you out, with minimal fuss on your end.
We are still striving to make sure that if you're a farmer, living on a station, working FIFO or based in the regions and need a settlement agent without the added stress, we are here for you.
As farmers ourselves, we specialise in farm settlements and family farm transfers.

For more than 10 years I loved living & working in the Pilbara.
In 2014, circumstances required that I move my family to the South-West of WA and I commenced studying Law in 2015.
By 2017 I realised I didn't enjoy being a full-time student and as such decided to use some of the units I studied, such as contract, property & banking law to my advantage and sought out to practice and study towards my settlement agents licence.
Starting Rural Conveyancing the most important thing was to take my experience as a buyer & seller that lived remotely and have a better system than what I'd experienced.
I ensure my clients understand the process, feel informed & protected from what they may not understand and that the process of signing paperwork & being identified is something that is easy for them to access.

It is odd that I have found myself to be in this place working in property settlements, but it seems that my resume has always led me to be in this role.
Many moons ago, I worked for a few years at Police Credit Union (well before it was P&N) not only as a banking representative, but as a real estate agent.
I then took a job with the ANZ bank and was there for some 30 years, initially as a teller and then moving through to customer service, lending and then as a business banker. An incredible journey that afforded me a lot of experience that I am now able to bring to this new position.
Moving at a new pace, I am happy & proud to be working alongside my daughter to assist with your property settlement.
